Account Manager Valves & Regulators
Responsible for business development and generating sales for the Valves & Regulators product portfolio of our client. Developing profitable new business and growing share in existing base. Has a defined sales target to achieve and operates within established policy guidelines. To maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Account Manager Valves & Regulators

• Responsible for achieving the agreed target Manages sales cycles from lead to closure


• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (internal and external)


• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business


• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets


• Preparing a sales account plan for assigned sales territory


• Prepares and execute product presentations and product introductions


• Co-ordinates complex cross division sales projects


• Communicates customer needs and requirements to internal departments


• Has good insight in activities / capabilities / performance of local competition


• Regularly updates in sales administration tools


• Performs in accordance with the relevant procedures like ethics and trade compliance

• At least 4-7 years relevant experience in sales


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in related field


• Advanced level of sales, negotiation and presentation skills


•  Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)


• Business development & Communications skills


• Experience within Process Automation Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch and English
