As IT business analyst, you will be working for the department Information Management which encompasses all processes that underpin the creation, structure and use of financial and corporate information, and acts as intermediary between the users of business applications and IT

The primary responsibility of the IT Business Analyst is to supply the business with the (management) information they require to manage the retail markets initiative and to take part in changes and projects that are carried out in the Retail Markets domain.
The job of IT Business Analyst within Information Management is very diverse with a good mix between IT skills and more business related knowledge skills. The candidate will have to communicate with different stakeholders: end-users, management, external suppliers, software vendors, et cetera. The candidate will have a lot of freedom and responsibilities and will be facing enough intellectual challenges to ensure personal development.
The duties of the will typically cover the gathering of end-users (information) requirements, translating and modeling the requirements into specifications and managing the requirements during the change and project life cycle. The IT Business Analyst will also be jointly responsible for the functional application management of the data warehouse, for which he/she will be the backup for the functional application managers. The IT Business Analyst also takes care of report development using Business Objects to provide the end user organization with required information and supports the development and enhancement of the Data warehouse.
In summary, the IT Business Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:

• Analyzing and modeling end user requirements;


• Maintaining and testing the retail markets reporting environment;


• Building (ad hoc) management reports;


• Participating in Retail markets related projects and changes;


• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about changes and projects;


• Assisting of and being the backup for the other members of the Information Management Retail Markets team.

• A HBO or acadamic level of education  in Information Sciences, Business or Finance;


• Experience in Banking or Financial Industry in general, and in mortgag
