Algemene omschrijving

The Site Share coordinator will report to the Supervisor Property & Acquisition and the main role is the co-ordination towards the other operators and HV-Pylon companies concerning sharing each others antenna masts (pylons). Invite other operators to share (Account Management). Interfacing the Site Deployment organization and maintaining the relations with OLO's and site share related parties as defined in the objectives by fulfilling his/her responsibilities.

• You acquire, build and expand new and existing telecom networks or elements according to the tactical /nominal plan;
• You are responsable for monitoring and Reporting Site Deployment progress (Site Acquisition, Landlord relations, Contract renegotiation, amendment), Legal ( Contract validation & related issues, Permitting, hearings, Relation management towards municipalities)
• You are responsable forLandlord Relations management (single site, multi site and OLO's);
• Site Construction (Site survey, Site engineering, Site build & verification);
• Quality acceptance (Site and Feeder verification and measurements);
• Administration (Equipment call off, Purchase orders & declarations, planning of surveys etc.);
• Civil Site design (according to specified standards) and involving basic RF and transmission skills;
• Working according to Health and Safety rules (based on officials regulation);
• Incident management (TT recipient)

The Site Share & Courtesy Coordinator will report to the Supervisor Property & Acquisition

• You Manage the relationship with the other operators, HV-Pylon companies concerning sharing each others antenna masts (pylons);
• You are responsible for relation management, contract management, (re)negotiationsofcontractual issues and expansions;
• You maintain our existing contracts and extend them via a good relationship with our Multi Site Landlords;
• Interfacing the Site Deployment organization and maintaining the relations with OLO's and site share related parties as defined in the objectives by fulfilling his/her responsibilities;
• You manage the mast portfolio from T-Mobile as an active account;
• You Invite other operators to share (Account Management).

Gestelde eisen

• HBO (or work related experience;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Telecom;
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office applications ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of site sharing process ? specialist
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required, strong verbal and written communication is essential
• Financial ? basic knowledge
• Knowledge of the T-Mobile Site Acquisition process and tools
• Dutch law and regulations - basic knowledge
• Civil engineering, Radio planning, Acquisition ? basic knowledge
